Move the mouse to the left where your account information is. Select Settings, and then select Preferences. Under General, there will be a drop-down list of languages. Select the one you want, and then click Save Preferences.
Tap the tweet you want to translate then tap the “…” button. There you will find several options, including “Translate To…” and “Translate to English”. If you choose “Translate To…”, a lengthy list of languages will appear. Simply tap the one you want, and the tweet will be translated!
