Even if you already have an individual LinkedIn profile, your company can (and should) have a page in the LinkedIn Companies Directory. Most of the information available is user generated, although BusinessWeek and Capital IQ also sometimes contribute content. Be sure to edit the company profile to keep it consistent with the “About” page of your website. You can also have your company blog feed to this page and share your company’s Twitter handle. Adding keywords under the Specialties section will help you get found by people searching for a business like yours.
