As with all social media activities, make sure you don’t do anything that could be interpreted as spamming. Engage first, sell second (and gently). You can also start your own group as a powerful leadership tool. Again, the key here is to make sure you are not trying to use this as a company billboard, but as a place to exchange useful information and build relationships.
